i-Reporter system components
i-Reporter, a paperless solution consists of ConMas Server, ConMas Manager, ConMas Designer and i-Reporter input App.
i-Reporter input app is available for iPad, iPhone and Windows.
ConMas Server
There are two versions. One of them is the on-premises version.
Customers can prepare a server on their own.
They just need to install the ConMas Server software into their own server to save the form data.
The other one is the cloud version.
For this version, we prepare a server environment for each customer on Microsoft Azure (which is managed by CIMTOPS) and allow customers to access and use the cloud environment.
ConMas Manager
ConMas Manager is a database for managing the form data stored in the ConMas Server.
You can approve devices, check or download the saved data, approve the forms created by i-Reporter, manage the user or group details, and more.
ConMas Designer
ConMas Designer is a Windows app for creating forms which you will use in i-Reporter.
You can create forms easily and no programming is required.
i-Reporter Input app
i-Reporter is app which enter data and create digital reporting.
This app can be downloaded on your iPad, iPhone, or Windows PC.

ConMas Designer Initial Settings
Download and Install ConMas Designer:
First, go to the support website and download the latest version of ConMas Designer.
You will launch the setup wizard to start the installer and install the software.
Extract the downloaded file.
Setting the Connection Server URL:
When opening ConMas Designer for the first time, you would need to connect to a ConMas Server.
Click the gear icon on the top-right to open ConMas Designer Settings and enter the URL of the connection server.
Different instructions are provided for On-premise and Cloud versions.
Log in to ConMas Designer:
After you set the URL of the connection server, return to the login screen.
Enter your user ID and password to log in.
User ID and password information are already specified for the on-premise and Cloud versions. (Check the support website.)
Device Registration
When logging in for the first time, the device registration screen will be displayed.
Approve the device in ConMas Manager.
Log in again to ConMas Designer. The main screen will be displayed, and you can get started with ConMas Designer.

How to create a form with the i-Reporter app
Creating a form:
After logging into the app, you can start creating a new form.
To create a new form, tap "Create new" and select the form you want to enter.
You can choose whether to save the form to the server or the device.
Edit a saved form:
You can choose the saved form from the server or the device.
You can edit forms with the data entered or those with the values entered by the automatic form creation feature.
You can save, undo, redo, and more.
Icons and Operations:
There are various icons in the entry screen, such as opening the Freedraw, saving, undoing/redoing, showing or hiding the Freedraw, and more.
From the detailed setting menu, you can share the form to another app as a PDF file, export the form to email in PDF or JPEG format, show/hide the cluster frame, and more.
Copy Sheet:
You can make copies of the sheet.
You can select which sheets to copy, add sheets (max: 5 sheets), and delete sheets.

Efficient data input in i-Reporter
The fields required to enter the data are marked in red.
For entering dates, tap the cluster to enter the date or select a date from the calendar.
You can enter the numeric values by using the keypad.
You can set a formula for the calculation cluster. With this, an automatic calculation can be done in the form.
You can set minimum and maximum values. You can also set alerts regarding these values.
Working hours can be entered by setting a formula that will automatically calculate the total hours.
You can use many kinds of symbols for the fields, such as circles, checkboxes, cross marks, and more. You can set the line color, fill color, and thickness for these marks. Tap the cluster to choose the symbol and color.

User management in ConMas Manager
User ID Registration:
Open and log in to ConMas Manager.
Register new users by clicking System > Users.
Click the + button on the top right to move to the registration screen.
Set up the user ID, password, personal stamp, usage period, and authority group.
Name Stamp:
Name stamp is used for the approval request.
Upload a JPEG or PNG file.
Deleting a User ID:
Click the user ID link in the list.
Click the Delete button on the top right to delete the user ID.
Group:
Click System > Groups.
Click the + button on the top right to register a new group.
Enter the group name and set the permissions.
Users in multiple groups will have system permissions set in each group.
To delete a group, click the group ID link in the list.
Click the Delete button on the top right to delete the group.

How to export data
You can simultaneously export data from multiple forms in various formats such as CSV, Excel, PDF, and image files.
How to export data in ConMas Manager:
Click Data Output.
Check the boxes on the left of the form you’d like to export data. (You can select multiple forms.)
Click Next.
If you select to export multiple forms, you can change the settings for each form, such as the file type and the items you want to export.
You can check the preview.
You can download the file in zip format.
