i-Reporter Kariya Seminar Application

Information (please read)
  • Wearing a mask is required during group seminars.
    "Each participant will have to decide whether or not to wear a mask."
    This is what we will do.
    There will be both mask-wearing and non-mask-wearing people in the venue, but in either case, we ask that you please be considerate and respect each person's decisions when participating.
  • We ask for your understanding and cooperation so that you can take the course in a comfortable environment.
    ① If any of the following apply to you, please consider refraining from attending the seminar.
    - If you have been diagnosed with infection with the new coronavirus, influenza, etc. and are within the recovery period set out by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare.
    - If you have symptoms such as fever, cough, runny nose, fatigue, or abnormalities in taste or smell, even if you have not been diagnosed.
    *If you are not feeling well on the day, please consider rescheduling to a future seminar (in person or online).

    ② Please be considerate and refrain from talking loudly and practice coughing etiquette.
Initial Settings and template form Creation
Course OverviewWe will provide a hands-on (learning by doing) guide on the basics you need to know when using i-Reporter, such as the initial settings required when you start using it, how to create template form (a template for the input screen displayed on a tablet), how to enter data, and how to extract data.
For those like thisThose who are using i-Reporter for the first time.
Those who have some experience with the product but would like to learn the product's system configuration and basic operating knowledge again.

  • Initial settings (application installation to device approval)
  • Main operations for "cluster (fields used when entering data in the i-Reporter app)"
  • The process from creating template form (a template used for input) to inputting data and outputting the data
    (Main settings)
    Network/value link settings, carbon copy settings, automatic document name creation settings, barcode input and decomposition settings, action cluster, etc.
    How to set up input using a master table (Custom Master) and how to create/update a table
  • Overview of ConMas Manager (management screen) and how to output saved input data in bulk

We will provide hands-on guidance on how to set up and operate the convenient functions that you should know in order to use i-Reporter more conveniently.

*This content assumes that you are already familiar with the functions introduced in the "Initial Setup/Basic Operations" section.

  • Setting administrative authority, linking template form /input forms used by each department (authority management)
  • Utilizing the formula cluster
  • Setting to create a new input form by reusing data from a previously created input form (form copy function)
  • Setting "Labels" to template form /input forms easier to find
  • Setting to prepare "input form with data merged" in advance in the cluster (automatic form creation)
  • Introducing cases where external system integration APIs are required and introducing functions such as Custom Menu
