帳票内の各項目に記録ユーザー、時刻、内容、位置情報を自動で記録します。
管理者は作業者が正しい時間、場所で作業を行ったかを把握できます。
また、証跡データとしてPDFファイルに出力できます。 - ＃変更履歴管理
入力項目毎に変更履歴を保持することができます。
保存された帳票は改定前、改定後をすべて版管理しているので外部機関からの認証にも対応可能です。 - ＃変更理由入力機能
一度保存された帳票を修正する場合、変更理由を都度要求することができます。
理由を入力しない場合は修正することができません。
